I work at Salesforce, where I edit content for Trailhead, the fun way to learn Salesforce. Trailhead is a gamified series of guided learning paths, with a wide range of material geared toward Salesforce users at all levels. It's my job to make sure that the content on Trailhead is engaging, easy to read, and, most of all, fun. To read some of what I've written recently, check out the Trailhead Basics, Trailhead Playground Management, and Advanced Formulas modules on Trailhead.
I recently graduated from Carnegie Mellon University, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in technical writing & communication with an additional major in English. I began my career as a technical writer, working for several tech companies (including Salesforce) as an intern, before transitioning into my current role as Trailhead Editor. I also gained journalistic writing and editing experience as Editor-in-Chief of Carnegie Mellon's student newspaper, The Tartan, and magazine writing experience during an internship at the Pittsburgh Magazine.
I live in San Francisco. When I'm not writing and editing documentation, I read novels, stay fit, and eat—a lot.
